Strengthening Internal Democracy Through New Leadership
As a non-governmental organization committed to internal democracy, we strive every day to uphold transparency, participation, and good governance. It is this commitment that has enabled our organization to operate successfully and sustainably for the past 31 years.
On December 5, 2025, representatives elected from our 15 provincial branches convened to elect a new President and Board of Directors.

- Ms. Ts. Altantsetseg – Khashaat Soum Branch, Arkhangai Province (re-elected)

- Mr. Kh. Margad-Erdene (newly elected as the Independent Young Board Member)
As our strategic priorities focus on providing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) education and services for adolescents and young people, this election placed a special emphasis on empowering the next generation of leaders. The election was distinguished by the strong support and confidence shown to young members through their appointment to key leadership positions.
